Description

Enjoy these quick and easy crispy taco shells made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 small corn tortillas (corn or flour small taco size)
  • 1 spray olive oil (only use in last minute if you want really crunchy)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  2. Secure corn tortilla inside the taco mold (or make wads of aluminum foil inside to shape tortillas properly so they hug the outside) and set inside with the bottom of tortilla facing up.
  3. Air fry for 5-6 minutes or until they are as crispy as you’d like.
  4. To make very crispy you can spray with olive oil the last minute.

Notes

  • Keep an eye on the tortillas during the last couple of minutes to prevent burning.
