This BBQ Tofu recipe is a delicious and easy plant-based dish that is perfect for any meal.

- 14 oz extra firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- Sea salt (if needed)
Instructions
- Drain tofu and pat dry with a towel.
- Cut the tofu into large cubes or strips.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium, add olive and sesame oil. Cook tofu on each side until brown.
- When tofu is cooked on each side, add BBQ sauce and soy sauce. Turn heat to medium low. Stir gently and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chili flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately with rice.
