Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen hash brown patties in the baking dish, covering the base evenly.
- Layer the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, followed by the diced ham and scallions.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients, ensuring even distribution.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, until golden and firm.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
