Description

Delicious grilled salmon marinated in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, olive oil, and spices.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the salmon, making sure all pieces are coated.
  4. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
