Description

A delicious cream cheese pizza dip that is easy to make and perfect for parties!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • pizza toppings of choice
  • 1 (12-ounce) baguette
  • extra virgin olive oil (to drizzle)
  • garlic powder (to sprinkle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  2. In a food processor fitted with an s-blade, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture out into an even layer in a 9-inch pie plate (or 9-inch square baking dish).
  4. Top with an even, thin layer of pizza sauce, cover with an even layer of mozzarella cheese. Add pizza toppings of choice.
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and browned slightly.
  6. Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick slices and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  8. Bake at 400℉ for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden and serve with the pizza dip.
