A spicy and tangy pineapple habanero sauce perfect for enhancing your dishes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 2–3 habanero peppers, seeded for less heat (leave seeds for extra heat)
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Simmer pineapple, habaneros, vinegar, water, garlic, salt, and sweetener for 15–20 minutes until soft.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Stir in chili flakes and cilantro.
- Cool and store in a sealed jar in the fridge.
Notes
- This sauce can be adjusted for heat by keeping the seeds in the habaneros.
- Serve as a condiment for tacos, grilled meats, or as a dip.
