Description

Delicious wraps filled with seasoned ground beef, beans, and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning (or to taste)
  • 1 cup refried beans (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of refried beans in the center.
  4. Add a portion of the beef mixture, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and jalapeños if using.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  6. Heat the skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Cut the wraps in half and serve with sour cream on the side.
