- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt flakes for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets; sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, use crunchy peanut butter.
- Adjust baking time for desired softness or firmness.
