Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups all-purpose flour (unbleached)
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water (about 110°F or 43°C)
- ⅓ cup baking soda
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt (plus more for topping)

- Add Finishing Touches: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse sea salt while warm.
Notes
- If you want a thicker crust, boil the pretzel bites for a bit longer.
- Serve with mustard or cheese dip for extra flavor.
