Instructions

- Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir until fully combined into a thick batter.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cooling on the tray for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
