Description
A delicious and easy honey garlic salmon and shrimp dish cooked in a skillet.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 8 oz large peeled shrimp
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Rinse salmon and shrimp under cold water; pat dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Cook salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown; flip carefully.
- Add shrimp around the salmon in the skillet. Pour the honey garlic sauce over everything.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until shrimp are opaque and cooked through; let the sauce bubble gently.
