Description

A delicious cake recipe that can be made with gluten-free or regular all-purpose flour.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 Cups Gluten-Free or Regular All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Milk or Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients for the mix.
  2. Store in a jar with a lid or airtight container.
  3. Combine the cake mix with the wet ingredients until well combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased 9×13 pan or divide into cupcake liners.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. If making cupcakes, bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Cool completely and frost as desired.

  • Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for the best results.
  • This cake can be frosted with your favorite frosting.
