Description
Delicious flank steak tacos marinated in a zesty citrus and spice mix.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 2 teaspoons adobo sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 to 1 lb flank steak
- 8 (6-inch) tortillas
- Optional toppings: fresh cilantro, diced red onion, avocado, queso fresco, lime wedges
Instructions
- In a ziplock bag or shallow dish, combine the orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, adobo sauce, salt, cumin, chili powder, and paprika.
- Add the flank steak, seal the bag, and turn over a few times to make sure the steak is coated with the marinade.
- Place the bag in a dish and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
- When ready to cook, preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the bag and shake off any excess marinade.
- Place the steak on the grill. Grill for about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove from the grill and let the steak sit for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak into thin pieces.
- To assemble the tacos, place a few slices of steak on each tortilla. Top with any desired toppings.
- Serve immediately.
