- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Olive oil or butter, for greasing
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil or butter to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, and half of the shredded cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well blended.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetable mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the entire mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the casserole for a deliciously cheesy finish.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the middle and the top is golden and bubbling.
- Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on personal preference.
- For extra crunch, you may add breadcrumbs on top before baking.
