Description

Delicious baked brie wrapped in golden puff pastry, perfect for entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel brie
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 0 cups dried cranberries
  • 0 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly flour your surface and roll out the puff pastry sheet.
  2. Place the brie in the center of the pastry. Top with cranberries, pecans, and drizzle with honey.
  3. Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the brie, completely enclosing it. Flip so seam side is down.
  4. Brush the entire wrapped brie with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • For added flavor, consider sprinkling herbs over the brie before wrapping.
