A delicious and easy keto pizza bake featuring ground turkey and plenty of cheese!
Ingredients

- 1 lb Lean ground turkey
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Keto pizza sauce
- 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Olives (sliced)
- 1 cup Pepperoni (sliced)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about one minute until fragrant.
- Brown the ground turkey, cook for 4-5 minutes, until no longer pink. Stir in the Italian seasoning.
- Mix in cheddar cheese, spread keto pizza sauce on top, and layer with mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni. Finish with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Slice into four portions once removed from the oven, and serve immediately.
