Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Green Beans (trimmed)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 3 tablespoons Honey (or maple syrup for a vegan version)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 0 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (toasted)
  • 0 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg (use sparingly)

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (roughly chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the sliced carrots and green beans in a large bowl with olive oil, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
