Ingredients

- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Gather ingredients on a clean countertop; dice tomatoes, slice avocados, and shred cheese.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in chipotle sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Lay out tortillas; layer turkey mixture, lettuce, avocado slices, tomatoes, cheese, and optional sour cream.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla; roll tightly from one end to the other.
- Cut wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more chipotle sauce.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
