Delicious taco pizza rolls perfect for any gathering or family meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Optional for serving: Salsa, Sour cream, Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (about 9×13 inches).
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Spread seasoned beef over the cheese, then add cheddar.
- Roll dough tightly into a log. Pinch seam closed and place seam-side down.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or other chili peppers.
