Description

A creamy and flavorful vegan sauce perfect for various dishes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup vegan mayo
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare onions, jalapenos, bell peppers, garlic. Chop them roughly.
  2. Transfer chopped ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  3. Add also mayo, lime juice, oregano, cumin, sugar, hot sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Process until your sauce has your preferred texture.
  5. Store in a jar or bowl, serve straightforward or cover up for serving immediately or later use.

  • This sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.
