A creamy and flavorful vegan sauce perfect for various dishes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3/4 cup vegan mayo
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare onions, jalapenos, bell peppers, garlic. Chop them roughly.
- Transfer chopped ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or blender.
- Add also mayo, lime juice, oregano, cumin, sugar, hot sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Process until your sauce has your preferred texture.
- Store in a jar or bowl, serve straightforward or cover up for serving immediately or later use.
Notes
- This sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.
- Great as a dip or dressing!
