A delicious spiced apple cider perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 quarts apple cider (divided)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 (12 oz) can orange juice concentrate
- 4 cups ginger ale (chilled)
Instructions
- Pour 2 cups of the apple cider into a saucepan. Add the sugar, cinnamon, and allspice. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the orange juice concentrate and continue to cook and stir until fully combined.
- Refrigerate until fully chilled.
- Pour the spiced cider mixture into a large pitcher. Add the remaining 6 cups of apple cider. Top off with the ginger ale.
- Stir lightly to combine, then serve.
Notes
- This spiced apple cider can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
- For a stronger flavor, let it simmer for longer.
