Instructions
- In a bowl, mix condensed milk, shredded coconut, lemon zest, and lemon juice until thick and well combined.
- Chill for 30–45 minutes (until firm enough to roll).
- Scoop and roll into small balls.
- Coat in powdered sugar or coconut.
Notes
