Description

Delicious Honey Dijon chicken wraps filled with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • 4 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove from heat; let rest before slicing into strips.
  5. Lay out tortillas, layer with sliced chicken and fresh vegetables, and drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
  6. Roll tightly and serve.
