Delicious Honey Dijon chicken wraps filled with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cups fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
- 4 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from heat; let rest before slicing into strips.
- Lay out tortillas, layer with sliced chicken and fresh vegetables, and drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
- Roll tightly and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add spices of your choice while cooking the chicken.
