Description

Delicious homemade pepperoni pizza pockets cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 10 pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Cut out 4-inch circles using a round cutter.
  4. Place pepperoni and mozzarella in the center of each circle; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to create half-moons and seal the edges.
  6. Lightly spray each pocket with olive oil and cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Make sure to not overfill the pockets to ensure they seal properly.
