- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- Layer frozen hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
- Top with diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the dish.
- For best results, cover and refrigerate overnight (optional).
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
